Aluminium 5052 Hex Bars are primarily composed of 97.25% aluminium, with small amounts of magnesium (2.5%), chromium (0.25%), and traces of other elements. This composition gives the alloy its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine and chemical environments. The mechanical properties of 5052 hex bars include a tensile strength of 210-260 MPa, yield strength of 190 MPa, and elongation of 12-20%.
