Aluminum 2024 T3511 round bar is a high strength alloy made primarily of 90.7-94.7% aluminum, with 3.8-4.9% copper, 1.2-1.8% magnesium, 0.3-0.9% manganese, High variability also occurs in a few other materials some, such as silicon, iron, and chromium things. This alloy offers excellent mechanical properties, such as 470-520 MPa tensile strength, 325 MPa yield strength, 15-20% elongation and the material exhibits excellent fatigue and stress corrosion resistance, making it ideal for aerospace , military and structural applications.
